It’s been a few years since we brewed a honey processed Ethiopia. Largely because I feel the passed two seasons of Ethiopia wasn’t very strong. However, this year.. it’s back.
We offered this in our subscription as an additional coffee, allowing people to taste how coffee truly tastes different through processing. Honey process is what I like to imagine the in between process. Not quite washed, not quite natural. It sits in the middle.
